Handmaid's Tale

Just got finished reading a book for school a little less than an hour ago. (The name of which is the title for this journal, btw.) Christ, I still feel drained. In a good way, though, cuz normally I don't feel this way regarding school assigned books.  What I'm basically getting at is this book made me actually feel something, and not the usual cheap emotions of frustration and resentment that school reading gives me. Since I got to CHOOSE the book I have to commit to for who knows how long, my usual resentment that practically destroys most enjoyment I can get from reading was gone. I actually took the time to read the book over the weekend
